Mr. Scholnick is a successful attorney, entrepreneur and legal consultant. He received his JD with High Honors from Tulane University School of Law in 1976 and received an LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1977. He has been a Member in Good Standing of the Connecticut bar since 1980.
In 1977, Mr. Scholnick began his legal career as a tax attorney at Phelps, Dunbar, Marks, Claverie and Sims in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has since, successfully launched three new businesses and has taught both finance and law classes at Teikyo Post University, Quinnipiac College and the University of New Orleans School of Business.
In 1998, Mr. Scholnick launched Legal Marketing Solutions. Attorney Scholnick has been successfully designing and implementing business development plans for law firms throughout the United States practicing in the areas of environmental litigation, elder law, estate planning, immigration, real estate, banking, insurance defense, plaintiff personal injury, customs, international trade, labor and employment, complex litigation, securities, land use, intellectual property, among many other areas of practice.
